Four Good Reasons to Exfoliate

Exfoliation is key in maintaining healthy skin, helping it shed quicker than normal, which is why exfoliators need to be used.  We're taught to exfoliate the face because dead skin can lead to a dull complexion and accentuate the signs of aging.  But there are other parts of the body, like the hands and lips, that need to be exfoliated regularly too.  We recommend our deep pore Green Tea Exfoliation Scrub for four very good reasons: 1.  EVEN OUT SKIN TEXTURE.  The granules of a scrub polish the skin, leaving it with a softer, smoother texture.   2.  FIGHT THE SIGNS OF AGING.  With age, the skin's natural ability to exfoliate slows down.  When the skin is laden with dead cells, lines, wrinkles and dryness become more apparent.  Removing dead skin reveals fresher, brighter, younger looking skin. 3.  PREVENTS BLACKHEADS, WHITEHEADS AND BREAKOUTS.  When the pores get clogged with dead skin, oil gets stuck beneath the surface, and pimples can occur. 4.  MINIMIZES DARK SPOTS.  Long after a blemish has healed, a red, brown, or purple mark may remain.  But each time you exfoliate, you're removing the top layer of skin to diminish the appearance of discoloration.
